Booking and Confirmation
To secure a trip booking, all reservations must be confirmed in writing, either by email or through our online booking form. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due in full by the deadline specified in your trip itinerary or invoice, always before departure.
For Bhutan and Tibet trips, please book well in advance, as visa and permit processing for these destinations takes additional time.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Upon booking: The deposit is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Cancellations made 15–35 days before departure: A 25% cancellation fee of the total trip cost applies, in addition to any non-recoverable hotel, flight, or permit charges already incurred. Any remaining balance beyond this is refunded.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure, or a no-show: The full trip cost (100%) is non-refundable.
No refunds are provided for early returns, missed days, unused services, or itinerary changes made after the trip has begun.
Flexible or on-demand departures: For treks or tours without a fixed departure date, cancellation charges are calculated based on the most recently confirmed and agreed start date.
Credit for future travel (optional): At our discretion, and upon request, a portion of the amount paid — excluding non-recoverable costs — may be credited toward a future trip, subject to availability and validity periods. This is not automatic and must be confirmed with us in writing.
Accepted Payment Methods
Bank Transfer (SWIFT) — recommended for international clients
Online Payment Gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) — may incur additional processing fees
Credit/Debit Card — generally accepted with a 3–4% surcharge
Cash (USD, EUR, NPR) — accepted in person in Nepal; not recommended for advance bookings
